These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games, websites and related services (the "Services") published under the Joyful Click brand and operated by LONG WHALE PTE. LTD. ("LONG WHALE", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

3. Games

Our first games are currently in development. When a game is released, additional terms specific to that game — including any terms covering virtual items and in-app purchases — may be published on this site and will apply alongside these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all games, artwork, text, logos and other content, are owned by LONG WHALE PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or be distributed through third-party platforms, such as app stores. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LONG WHALE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or where required for legal or operational reasons.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
